Witness Southern University’s 79th Annual Livestock & Poultry Show?
The Southern University Agricultural Research and Extension Center is set to host its 79th Annual State Livestock and Poultry Show from February 24 to 26, 2022. The show is a great opportunity for youth to display their hard work and receive prizes and premiums. The event also includes guided tours for local schools. In addition to livestock and poultry categories, there will be nutrition exhibits and a petting zoo.
The show is open to the public from Thursday, Feb. 24, to Saturday, Feb. 26. Visitors can view the livestock and poultry displays and enjoy the music, food, and fun.
