The Southwestern New Mexico State Fair will open to the public on Wednesday in Deming Industrial Park. The public can purchase a day pass for $10, which includes unlimited rides. Entries are also accepted for art, 4-H, and livestock. The fair’s Midway Carnival opens at 4 p.m. on Wednesday and continues through the day on Thursday.
