Governor Kathy Hochul has appointed Jerry Zaro to the Board of Directors of the Northern New York Breeders Association (NYRA). Zaro is an active breeder and owner of Thoroughbred horses, and he has previously campaigned for Grade I-placed horses, including Baby Yoda and Blindwillie McTell.
